Within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed, a photographer is assigned to you and their contact details are sent to you by email. You then communicate directly with them to agree the meeting point and time.

Can I choose any location in Kyoto?

Yes — you agree the location with your photographer directly. They can advise on spots that work well for the time of day and the look you are after. Shooting at multiple locations is possible but not recommended for shorter sessions, as travel time reduces your time in front of the camera.

When will I receive my photos?

Within 24 hours of the shoot, you will receive an email notification that your photos have been uploaded to an online platform. You browse and select images for editing, then receive the final high-resolution files once colour correction is complete.

Does one booking really cover my whole group?

Yes. One adult booking is a session for up to six people, so you pay once regardless of whether you are a couple or a group of six.

What is the difference between the one-hour and two-hour options?

The one-hour session includes 15 edited photos and suits a focused shoot at a single location. The two-hour session includes 20 edited photos and gives you more time to relax into poses, try different spots, or visit a second location nearby.

Do I need to print a ticket or voucher?

No printed ticket is required. Your booking confirmation and photographer contact details are sent by email; simply show up at the agreed location at the agreed time.
