For journeys departing from Osaka Umeda, tickets can also be exchanged at Hotel New Hankyu. Allow extra time for this step before your scheduled departure. From 27 January 2026, the Umeda bus stop moves from Hotel New Hankyu to Hankyu Third Avenue (Express Bus Terminal).
