How do I know if my phone supports eSIM?

Check the compatibility list at https://bit.ly/3OYYE88 before purchasing. Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, and other flagship models support eSIM.

When does my 30-day plan start?

The validity period begins the first time you connect to the internet in Malaysia using the eSIM – not on your purchase date.

Can I keep my regular SIM active at the same time?

Yes. eSIM runs alongside your physical SIM on dual-SIM capable devices, so you can retain your home number for calls and texts while using the Airhub eSIM for data.

Can I use this plan as a hotspot for other devices?

Yes, hotspot and tethering are supported so you can share your data connection with a laptop, tablet, or another phone.

Do I need to download an app?

You can manage your eSIM through the Airhub app, though installation itself only requires scanning the QR code in your device's standard eSIM settings.

Can I cancel or get a refund after purchase?

Please review the cancellation policy at the time of booking. As this is a digital product, cancellation terms may differ from physical experiences – check before you buy.
