Where exactly do I pick up the SIM card?

Head to the Tune Traveller Store inside Gateway@KLIA2, past the immigration area. It is open 24 hours a day, every day.

Do I need my passport to collect the SIM?

Yes. SIM cards that require registration must be registered with a valid passport or Malaysian ID. One passport can register a maximum of five SIM cards under Malaysian Telecom Regulations.

Which data plan should I choose?

Travel LITE (40GB) suits short trips or light browsing. Travel FAST (150GB) covers a typical holiday with streaming and maps. Travel UNLIMITED (350GB) is best for longer stays, remote work or heavy data use.

Will the SIM card work with my phone?

Yes. Each card is a 3-in-1 SIM that fits standard, micro and nano slots, so it is compatible with virtually all unlocked handsets.

What if my flight arrives very early or very late?

The Tune Traveller Store is open 24 hours a day, so your collection time is never a problem regardless of when you land.

Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?

Cancellation terms depend on the policy applied at checkout. Check your booking confirmation for the specific window that applies to your order.
