Where exactly do I pick up the SIM card?

Head to the Tune Talk Traveller Store in the Main Terminal Building at KLIA Terminal 1. It is located past the immigration area and is open 24 hours a day, every day.

Do I need to print my ticket or is a mobile booking enough?

A mobile booking confirmation is sufficient — just show it at the Tune Talk store when you collect your card.

Which plan should I choose?

Travel LITE (40GB) suits shorter stays or light users. Travel FAST (150GB) covers most two-week trips with regular streaming. Travel UNLIMITED (350GB) is ideal for heavy data users or longer visits.

Will this SIM card work with my phone?

Yes. The 3-in-1 card includes normal, micro and nano sizes and is compatible with all unlocked phones and tablets.

Is there a limit on how many SIM cards one person can register?

Under Malaysian Telecom Regulations, one passport or Malaysian ID can register a maximum of five SIM cards.

Can I cancel my booking if my plans change?

Please check the cancellation policy shown at checkout, as terms may vary by plan and booking date.
