A mobile ticket is accepted — simply show your booking confirmation on your phone at the ticketing counter.
What is the difference between the Sky Terrace and the Observation Deck?
The Observation Deck is an indoor, climate-controlled viewing floor, while the Sky Terrace is an outdoor platform at 300 metres offering open-air 360-degree views. You can book one or both.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my visit?
The tower permits rescheduling within seven days of your original visit date due to bad weather. You must approach staff at the ticketing counters on the day to obtain a revisitation slip; rescheduling cannot be arranged without one, and refunds are not provided.
Are children charged for entry?
Children under 4 years old enter free of charge. Check the ticket options for child pricing on other age groups.
Which ticket option should I select — international traveller or Malaysian citizen?
Select the Malaysian citizen option only if you hold a valid Malaysian identity card. International visitors should choose the international traveller ticket.
What are the opening hours?
Opening hours and any closure dates are set by the tower and can change. Check the official Kuala Lumpur Tower website before your visit to confirm current times.
