Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the kiosk — a screenshot or the live booking confirmation on your phone is sufficient.
What is the last time I can board?
Last admission is at 4:00 PM. Bus frequency and departure times can vary, so check the official KL Hop-on Hop-off website on the day for the current schedule.
Is there a difference between the Malaysian citizen and international traveller tickets?
Yes — separate pricing applies for Malaysian citizens and non-Malaysian citizens. You will need to select the correct ticket type at booking, and valid ID may be requested at the kiosk.
Are children free?
Children under 5 travel free of charge. Children aged 5 to 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Child ticket rates apply for those under 13.
Can I use the bus pass for the City of Lights night tour?
The City of Lights tour is a separate ticket option departing at 8:00 PM. It is not included in the standard 24- or 48-hour day pass — you need to book it as a standalone option.
Is the bus accessible for wheelchair users?
