Can adults visit KidZania without a child?

No. Adults are only permitted entry when accompanied by a child. Entry will be refused without a child present, and no refund will be issued in that case.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the entrance — simply show it on your phone.
