Head to Sutera Marina Jetty in Kota Kinabalu and look for the North Borneo Cruise boarding point. Aim to arrive by 16:30 at the latest — the vessel leaves at 16:50 and cannot wait for late arrivals.
Which ticket option should I choose?
Select 'Malaysian Citizens' if you hold a Malaysian passport or MyKad. If you hold an iKAD, iKID or MyPR, choose the non-Malaysian option and bring your document as proof. All other nationalities should select the non-Malaysian option.
Is the dinner a set menu or a buffet?
Dinner is served buffet-style, featuring Sabah regional dishes. It opens at around 17:30 and you can return to the buffet as many times as you like until the cruise ends.
Are children welcome, and do they need a ticket?
Yes, children are welcome and must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Children aged two and under are admitted free of charge.
