Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the three ticket options?
The morning and afternoon cruises both include a stopover on the Asian side of Istanbul. The sunset cruise does not include a stopover but is timed to capture the city's skyline in golden-hour light. All three options follow the same Bosphorus route and include the same refreshments and guide.
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted at the pier, so there is no need to print anything.
Is this cruise suitable for young children?
Yes — children under 4 years old travel free of charge. The on-board refreshments and scenic format make it a manageable experience for families.
Is the cruise accessible for wheelchair users?
Unfortunately this activity is not suitable for wheelchair users. If you have specific mobility requirements, please contact us before booking.
Where exactly do we depart from, and how do I get there?
The cruise departs from Kabataş ferry terminal (İDO Kabataş Deniz Otobüsü İskelesi) in the Beyoğlu district. Kabataş is well served by tram (T1 line), funicular and bus, and is a short taxi ride from Sultanahmet or Taksim.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
Bosphorus cruises can be affected by adverse weather conditions. If the sailing is cancelled by the operator due to weather, you will be offered a rescheduled departure or a full refund. Check your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms.
