Will my phone work with this SIM card?

Your phone must be unlocked — carrier-locked or country-locked handsets cannot use this SIM. The card is available in nano, micro and standard sizes to fit most devices.

Can I make calls and send texts with the SIM?

All plans include free incoming calls and texts. For outgoing voice calls and SMS, you can add a Data + Voice + Text option at SIM pickup. This is currently available for iPhone and Samsung users only.

How long is the SIM valid for?

The five-day SIM activates on first use and runs for exactly 120 hours from that moment. For example, activating at 3:00 PM on 1 August means it expires at 3:00 PM on 6 August.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your mobile booking confirmation is accepted at the redemption point — there is no need to print anything.

Is the AREX train ticket valid for a specific departure time?

AREX trains run on a regular schedule and departure times may vary. Check the full timetable at the official AREX website before you travel so you can plan your connection.

Are children charged for the train?

Children under three years travel free on the AREX express train, though no seat will be reserved for them.
