When does the five-day SIM card start counting down?

The validity period begins on a 24-hour basis from the moment you activate the SIM. For example, activating at 3:00 PM on 1 August means the card expires at 3:00 PM on 6 August.

Is there a daily data cap on the unlimited plan?

The plan includes a 3 GB high-speed daily allowance, which resets at midnight. After 3 GB, speeds may be reduced under the Fair Usage Policy at the discretion of the telecoms provider.

Can I make outgoing calls and send texts with this SIM?

Incoming calls and texts are free. For outgoing voice calls and SMS, you can add a Data + Voice + Text option at an additional cost when you collect the SIM — this is currently available for iPhone and Samsung users only.

Do children need a separate train ticket?

Children under 3 years travel free of charge, but no seat will be reserved for them on the AREX Express Train.
