Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile voucher accepted?

Both are accepted, but with different rules. Mobile vouchers are only valid at Stop 1 (Toa Kham Boat Wharf, 49 Lê Lợi). Printed vouchers can be used to board at any of the 12 stops on the Red Route.

When does my ticket start — from the time I book, or when I first board?

Your ticket becomes active from the moment you first hop on the bus. A 1-day ticket gives you unlimited rides for one day from that point; a 2-day ticket covers two consecutive days.

How often does the bus run, and what are the operating hours?

Departure times and frequency can vary by day and season.

Is this suitable for young children?

Yes. Children under 6 travel free of charge, though they will not be allocated a dedicated seat and will need to sit on a parent or guardian's lap.

Do entry fees to the attractions cost extra?

The bus ticket covers transport only. Admission fees for sites such as the Imperial Citadel and royal tombs are paid separately at each attraction.

Can I board at any stop, or must I start at Stop 1?

You can join the route at any designated stop if you have a printed voucher. If you only have a mobile voucher, your first boarding must be at Stop 1 so staff can validate your ticket.
