Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted at the admissions desk.

What is the difference between the three ticket options?
General Admission covers all permanent exhibitions. You can add the Cockrell Butterfly Center, a living tropical habitat with free-flying butterflies, or a Burke Baker Planetarium show — or book General Admission only and decide on the day.
Is the museum open every day?
Opening hours vary throughout the week and may be extended during school holidays. The museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Check the museum's website for current hours before your visit.
Can I take photographs inside?
Photography is welcome in most areas, but flash photography is prohibited. Tripods and selfie sticks are not permitted anywhere in the museum.
