Make your way to the Peak Tram Lower Terminus in Central. Present your mobile ticket at the entrance to redeem admission. For Madame Tussauds, located at The Peak Tower, show your ticket at the attraction entrance on arrival.

Know before you go
- Sky Terrace 428 closes at 6:00 PM on 1 October 2025 for most ticket types — access between 6:00 PM and 8:30 PM is not available unless you hold a Ruby Special ticket.
- The East and West Observation Decks at Sky Terrace 428 will close alternately for cleaning between 1–7 September 2025.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over inside Madame Tussauds Hong Kong.
- Last entry to Madame Tussauds is 8:30 PM, one hour before closing.
- Morning admission slots are available — select your preferred option at checkout.

The ticket options are date-based or slot-based, so please check the terms of your chosen option at checkout. In most cases both attractions should be visited on the same day.
What are the opening hours for each attraction?
The Peak Tram runs 7:00 AM–8:00 PM daily. Sky Terrace 428 is open 10:00 AM–9:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM on weekends and public holidays. Madame Tussauds is open 10:30 AM–9:30 PM daily, with last entry at 8:30 PM.
Are there any closures or restrictions I should know about?
Sky Terrace 428 will undergo cleaning from 1–7 September 2025, during which the East and West Observation Decks will close alternately. On 1 October 2025, Sky Terrace 428 closes at 6:00 PM for most ticket types. Check your ticket terms for the latest information.
