Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?

A mobile ticket is accepted. Simply show your booking confirmation on your phone when you board at the pier — no printing needed.

Can I hop on and off as many times as I like?

Yes. Your ticket covers unlimited boardings across Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, and Wan Chai piers during the afternoon sailing window.

What happens if there is bad weather on the day?

The cruise will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 3 or a Red Rainstorm Warning is in effect. Routes may also change due to weather conditions. Check the official Aqualuna website for the latest sailing status before heading to the pier.

Can I reschedule my ticket to a different date?

Ticket rescheduling will not be permitted from 9 January 2026 onward. Please check the booking terms for any rescheduling options applicable before that date.

Is there a charge for young children?

Children under 4 years of age travel free of charge, though they will not be allocated a dedicated seat.

Which pier should I start from?

Most visitors board at Tsim Sha Tsui Public Pier No. 1, which is the main departure point with the most frequent sailings. You can equally join at Central Pier 9 or Wan Chai Pier if those are more convenient for you.
