How do I find out who my photographer is?

Once your booking is confirmed, a photographer will be assigned to you within 24 hours. You'll receive their contact details by email, and you can then message them directly to agree on the meeting point, time, and any location preferences.

Can we shoot at more than one location?

It's possible, but not recommended. Travelling between locations eats into your session time, reducing the number of quality shots you'll get. If you have a favourite spot, it's best to commit to that one location and make the most of your time there.

How and when do I receive my photos?

Within 24 hours of your shoot, you'll get an email notification once your photographer has uploaded the images to an online platform. You browse and select the photos you'd like edited, then receive the high-resolution colour-corrected files as a download once editing is complete.

We're a group of four — do we each need to book separately?

No. One booking covers a session for up to six people, so your whole group is included under a single reservation.

What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

Please check the cancellation policy shown at checkout before confirming. If you need to reschedule, contact your photographer directly once they've been assigned — they may be able to accommodate a change of time or date.

Do I need to print a ticket to show the photographer?

No printed ticket is needed. Your booking confirmation email serves as your proof of booking, and the photographer will already have your details when they contact you.
