Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?

A mobile ticket is accepted — simply present your booking confirmation on your phone at the park entry gate.

When does my pass start — the date I book, or the date I first visit?

Your pass activates on the date of your first park visit, not your booking date. Consecutive days are counted from that first entry.

Does the Escape Pass cover all four parks, including Paradise Country?

No. The 5-day Escape Pass covers Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, and Wet'n'Wild only. Paradise Country is included in the 7-day Super Pass and the 14-day Mega Pass.

How does the Virtual Queue work?

Download the Village Roadshow Theme Parks app before your visit. Once inside the park, use the app to reserve a ride time slot, then return to the ride at your allotted time to join a shorter queue.

Children under 3 years old enter free of charge and do not require a separate pass.

How do I check if a park is open on the day I plan to visit?

Opening hours and closure dates vary by park and season.
