Where exactly do I meet the driver at Gold Coast Airport?

Head to the Transit Centre sign at the northern end of the terminal. Con-X-ion staff will be there to direct you. The operator's contact details are in your confirmation in case you can't locate them.

My flight is delayed — will I miss my transfer?

If your flight is delayed, contact the operator directly using the number in your booking confirmation. They will arrange the next available service for you at no extra charge, provided it isn't the last scheduled departure of the day.

Can I book a return trip at the same time?

Yes. The return journey is a separate ticket — simply add a second booking for the opposite direction (hotel or Transit Centre to Gold Coast Airport) when you check out.

Is there a luggage limit?

Each passenger may bring one standard-size suitcase and one hand-carry bag, with a combined maximum weight of 32 kg. Additional or oversized items are not permitted on the shared coach.

Do children need their own ticket?

Children under one year of age travel free of charge but are not allocated a seat. All other children require a standard ticket.

Is this a shared or private transfer?

This is a shared service, meaning you travel with other passengers heading in the same direction. If you prefer a private vehicle, you would need to book a separate private transfer product.
