A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted at the gate. Printing is not required, though you may bring a printed copy as a backup if you prefer.

When does my multi-park pass start — the day I buy it or the day I first visit?

Your pass activates on the first day you use it. The Escape Pass (5 days), Super Pass (7 days), and Mega Pass (14 days) all count consecutive days from that first visit, not from the purchase date.

My child is 2 years old — do I need to buy them a ticket?

No. Children under 3 years of age enter free of charge and do not require a ticket.

Can children visit without an adult?

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the park.
