Is this suitable for children?

Children under 3 years cannot fly. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult in the basket. Passengers aged 13–17 may fly unaccompanied but must have an adult present for the rest of the tour.

Do I need to be physically fit to take part?

You must be able to climb a 1.2-metre ladder into the basket without assistance and stand for the duration of the flight. Pregnant women beyond 13 weeks and anyone who has been diving the day before should not participate.

What's the difference between the three ticket options?

The standard ticket includes the flight and sparkling wine. The Langham upgrade adds a beachside breakfast at The Langham hotel. The Vineyard option includes breakfast and wine tasting at O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards.
