Are there any health restrictions I should know about?

Pregnant women and anyone with back or neck injuries or a heart condition are not permitted to ride, due to the high-impact nature of the manoeuvres.

There is a good chance of getting splashed during the ride. Wearing clothes you don't mind getting damp and bringing a spare layer is a sensible idea.

How do I choose my time slot?
