Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket is accepted at the turnstile, so your booking confirmation on your phone is sufficient.
Is the park open every day of the week?
Genting SkyWorlds is closed on Tuesdays, except when Tuesday falls on a Malaysian public holiday. Check the park's website before you travel.
Can I reschedule my visit date after reserving it in the app?
No. Once you reserve a date through the Genting SkyWorlds app, the ticket is considered used. Rescheduling is not permitted, and tickets not used on the reserved date will expire.
Which entrance should I use to get into the park?
Use the SkyAvenue Gateway at Level G, SkyAvenue. The Studio Plaza entrance is only for guests staying at Genting's on-site hotels.
What happens if it rains heavily during my visit?
Genting SkyWorlds' Rainy Day Guarantee applies if adverse weather continues for an hour or more. Affected guests receive a complimentary return visit valid for 12 months from the original visit date. Full terms are on the park's website.
Which ticket option should I choose — Malaysian or non-Malaysian?
Select the Malaysian rate if you hold a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport. All other nationalities should select the non-Malaysian rate. Both are available with either a round-trip or one-way cable car.
