Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket on your phone screen is accepted at the entrance — no printing required.
Is the Biosfera included in my ticket?
The Biosfera is currently closed for maintenance from 23 February to 21 March 2026 and will not be accessible during that period. Standard aquarium admission is unaffected.
What time should I arrive to make sure I get in?
Last admission is 2 hours before closing time, so plan your visit accordingly. Arriving earlier in the day is advisable during peak season to make the most of your time.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets are not permitted inside the aquarium. Guide dogs accompanying visitors with disabilities are the only exception.
My child is 3 years old — do I need to buy a ticket for them?
Children under 4 years old enter free of charge. You do not need to purchase a ticket for them.
Is the aquarium accessible for wheelchair users?
The aquarium is located on the Porto Antico waterfront. For specific accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting the venue directly before your visit.
