You can board at any designated City Sightseeing stop across both routes. The most convenient starting point for most visitors is Stop 1 on the Blue Route, outside Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station.

When does my ticket start — from purchase or first use?

Your ticket validity begins the first time you board the bus, not when you buy it. You can purchase in advance and activate on the day that suits you.

Can I use the same ticket on both the Blue and Red routes?

Yes. One ticket covers unlimited travel on both routes for the duration of your chosen validity period.

How do I use the gallery admission add-on?

If you have selected a ticket with Accademia or Uffizi Gallery admission, you must redeem it at a designated bus stop at least one hour before your booked gallery timeslot. Bring your confirmation with you.

Is the tour suitable for children, and do they need a ticket?

Children under 5 travel free but are not entitled to a seat. Children under 18 visiting the Accademia Gallery must present valid ID. For the Uffizi Gallery, under-18s are advised to book online directly through the gallery for a priority entrance slot at a minimal fee.
