No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the valley station, so you can show your booking confirmation directly on your phone.

Can I cancel my booking?

Please check the cancellation terms shown at checkout, as these depend on the fare type selected. We recommend booking a cancellable rate if your travel dates are flexible.

What happens if the weather is bad on my booked date?

Lift operations can be adjusted or suspended in adverse weather or for maintenance. Always check the latest timetable and lift status at titlis.ch/en/information/timetable-lifts before travelling.

Is the experience suitable for children?

Yes. Children under 6 travel free of charge. Children aged 6–15 require a child ticket. The summit has activities well-suited to families, especially in summer.

Is Titlis Cliff Walk or the Glacier Cave always open?

Access to individual attractions at the summit may be subject to weather, maintenance or seasonal conditions. Titlis Glacier Park operates from June to September only, depending on snow.

What time do I need to arrive?

Last admission is 1 hour before the valley station closes for the day. Check the current timetable at titlis.ch/en/information/timetable-lifts to plan your visit.
