No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the check-in desk — a screenshot works fine.

Can I bring young children?

Yes. Children under 3 years old ride free of charge. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over.

What are the operating hours?

The balloon runs from 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and again from 6:00 PM to midnight.

How long does the balloon ride last?
