Is equipment really included, or do I pay extra on arrival?

Yes, ski or snowboard equipment and full outerwear (jacket, trousers, boots) are included with every ticket. You do not need to hire anything separately.

Can I bring my toddler?

Children under 2 years are not permitted inside Ski Dubai for safety reasons. Children aged 2 and over are welcome, provided those under 14 are accompanied by a paying adult aged 16 or older.

What are the height and age rules for the Snow Bullet?

Riders must be at least 8 years old, taller than 125 cm, and weigh between 30 kg and 120 kg.

Are there different opening hours during Ramadan?

Yes. During Ramadan 2026 (18 February to 23 March), Ski Dubai opens at 10:00 AM Monday to Friday and 9:00 AM on weekends, with last entry at 11:30 PM.

Which ticket should I choose if I just want to try skiing for the first time?

The Snow Classic or Snow Plus pass gives access to snow activities and beginner-friendly slope time. If you want a structured introduction, a Skiing Discovery Lesson (available on-site, children must be at least 3 years old) can be added separately.
