Head to the La Perle box office at Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road. Present your mobile ticket (or printed confirmation) at the entrance. If you have a dinner booking, arrive at the restaurant before the show — 8:00 PM for the 6:30 PM performance, or 7:00 PM for the 9:00 PM performance.

Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket is accepted. Simply present your booking confirmation on your phone at the box office.
Can I choose my exact seat?
Seat selection is not available. Seats are allocated randomly based on availability at the time of booking, and side-by-side seating cannot be guaranteed even within the same booking.
What is the dress code?
Smart casual is required. Guests who do not meet the dress code may be refused entry.
Are children allowed to attend?
Children under 2 years of age are not permitted. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
How does the dinner add-on work?
If you book a ticket with dinner, your restaurant reservation is set at 8:00 PM for the 6:30 PM show, or 7:00 PM for the 9:00 PM show. Three restaurants are available: Babiole, Il Pastaio, and World Cut Steakhouse.
