None at all. Your instructor will walk you through everything from scratch — most first-timers are hovering above the water within minutes.

How do I receive my photos and videos?

Your instructor captures footage during the session and shares the files via AirDrop or WhatsApp. Collect them on the day or within 24 hours of your experience.

Is there a weight or age limit?

Participants must weigh between 40 kg and 120 kg. Children under 14 years old are not permitted to take part.

Wear or bring swimwear. A life jacket is provided on site. Leave jewellery and valuables in the locker supplied.

Where exactly do I go when I arrive?
