Frequently asked questions
Is the Dubai National Museum included on this tour?
The museum is currently closed for renovation, so the stop focuses on the Al Fahidi Fort exterior and the Al Bastakiya neighbourhood rather than the museum interior.
Can we go inside Jumeirah Mosque?
The itinerary includes an exterior visit to Jumeirah Mosque but does not include a guided interior entrance. The mosque is open on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (08:45–09:45 AM) and on Mondays and Wednesdays (09:00–10:00 AM and 10:15–11:15 AM). It is closed on Fridays.
What should I wear?
Out of respect for the mosque visit, ladies must cover their heads with a scarf and wear clothing that covers arms and legs — no shorts, sleeveless tops, or beachwear. Men should wear long trousers. Modest dress is advisable throughout the old city.
Do children pay?
Children aged three and under travel free of charge. Check the ticket options at booking for applicable child pricing above that age.
What is the difference between the two ticket options?
The standard tour ends at Dubai Mall by early afternoon. The Heritage & Burj Khalifa Experience adds a visit to the Burj Khalifa, with the tour concluding there instead.
Where does the tour drop me off?
At the end of the tour you can be dropped at Dubai Mall, Emirates Mall, BurJuman Bur Dubai, or Deira City Centre — whichever suits your onward plans best.
