What time does the pick-up happen?

Hotel pick-up takes place between 3:00 and 4:00 AM to reach the launch site in time for sunrise. Drop-off back at your hotel is between 8:00 and 9:30 AM.

What happens if the weather is bad on my booking date?

Hot air balloon flights are weather-dependent. The itinerary is subject to change due to conditions, and the operator will advise you if a rescheduling is necessary.

Is there a weight limit?

The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Guests above this limit require prior pilot approval and may incur an additional charge.

Can children join the flight?

Children under 5 years old are not permitted on this activity. Children aged 5 and above may participate.

Do I need to print my ticket?

A mobile ticket is accepted — simply have your booking confirmation accessible on your phone at the time of pick-up.

Is this experience suitable if I have a health condition?

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with heart conditions, serious knee or back problems, those who have had major surgery in the past six months, or anyone with a fear of heights.
