Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted on board — simply show it on your phone when you board.
What's the difference between a 24-hour ticket and a 1-day ticket?
A 24-hour ticket gives you unlimited travel for 24 hours from when you first board. A 1-day ticket is valid from first boarding until the end of service on that same calendar day — which may be less than 24 hours depending on when you start.
Can I switch between the Red and Blue routes?
Yes. Your ticket covers both routes, and The Dubai Mall serves as a common stop for both, making it easy to switch.
Is the sunset and night tour the same as the hop-on hop-off service?
No. The night tour runs as a single, non-stop loop once daily and lasts approximately two hours. You cannot hop on or off during this tour.
Are children charged for a ticket?
Children under 5 travel free but are not entitled to their own seat. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
