Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket is accepted — simply show your booking confirmation or QR code on your phone at the entrance. Printing is not required.
Is the park open every day of the week?
No. Meryal Waterpark is closed every Monday. It is also closed for annual maintenance from 11 January to 15 March 2026. Check the official website for up-to-date opening hours before your visit, as individual attractions may have separate closure dates.
What swimwear is allowed in the park?
Standard swimwear is required. Thongs, transparent swimsuits, underwear, denim and loose-fitting garments such as abayas or dishdashes are not permitted in the water. Headscarves are allowed provided they are properly secured with no loose material flowing outward.
Can children visit without an adult?
No. All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times within the park.
Are there any health or medical restrictions I should know about?
Pregnant women and guests with neck, back, joint or heart conditions, physically limiting weight-related conditions, injuries (including casts or bandages), or contagious diseases are not permitted to use the waterpark facilities. If in doubt, consult your doctor before visiting.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No — outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited. Several on-site dining options are available for purchase within the park.
