Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile voucher is accepted at the ticket office. A screenshot or downloaded version on your phone is sufficient.
Where does the night admission shuttle depart from, and when?
The complimentary shuttle for night admission departs from the A1 Waiting Area outside pick-up point at 2:00 PM. Return shuttles from Ba Na Hills run at 8:30 PM, 9:30 PM, and 10:30 PM.
Can children visit for free?
Children under 100 cm tall enter free of charge. Children between 100–140 cm require a child ticket, and those over 140 cm require an adult ticket. Children under 120 cm are not permitted on the Alpine Coaster.
Can I upgrade my ticket to multi-day access?
Yes. Before your ticket is scanned at the entrance gate, you can upgrade to three-day unlimited cable car access at no extra cost at the Tourist Area Ticket Office. Once the ticket has been used for entry, upgrades are no longer available.
What happens if I miss the beer voucher collection point?
If you board the cable car before collecting your voucher, you can claim it at 1901 Bana Brew House inside the resort. Exchanges for a fast food item instead are subject to restaurant availability on the day.
