Can I book a return transfer?
Yes. Each ticket covers one direction only, so book a separate ticket for each leg if you need both the airport-to-Hoi An and Hoi An-to-airport journeys.
Is there a different vehicle used during certain hours?
Yes. Between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, passengers are transferred to a smaller vehicle at the bus station before entering Hoi An Old Town, in line with local traffic regulations.
Can children travel for free?
Children under 6 years travel free of charge, but no seat is reserved for them. Each paying adult may bring one child under 6 at no cost. Child seats are not available.
What is the baggage allowance?
