Can I book a return transfer?

Yes. Each ticket covers one direction only, so book a separate ticket for each leg if you need both the airport-to-Hoi An and Hoi An-to-airport journeys.

Is there a different vehicle used during certain hours?

Yes. Between 11:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–10:00 PM, passengers are transferred to a smaller vehicle at the bus station before entering Hoi An Old Town, in line with local traffic regulations.

Can children travel for free?

Children under 6 years travel free of charge, but no seat is reserved for them. Each paying adult may bring one child under 6 at no cost. Child seats are not available.

What is the baggage allowance?

Each passenger may bring one standard-size suitcase up to 24 inches and 20 kg, plus one small personal bag. Additional or oversize luggage may incur an extra fee or may not be accepted if space is unavailable.

Is this a private or shared transfer?

This is a shared shuttle service. You will travel in a minibus with other passengers heading in the same direction, which keeps the price lower than a private transfer.

Do I need to print my ticket?
