Once your booking is confirmed, a photographer is assigned within 24 hours and their contact details are sent to you by email. You then coordinate the time and meeting point directly with them.

Can I choose the location myself?

Yes — the location is entirely your call. You agree the spot with your photographer beforehand. While multi-location shoots are possible, sticking to one or two locations is recommended to make the most of your session time.

How many photos will I receive?

A one-hour session includes 15 edited high-resolution photos; a two-hour session includes 20. After the shoot, you browse an online gallery, select your favourites, and the edited versions are made available for download.

How quickly will I get my photos?

You'll receive an email alert within 24 hours of your shoot once the photographer has uploaded the images. After you make your selections, the edited high-resolution files are prepared and sent for download.

Can I book for a group?

Each booking covers up to six people, so couples, families, and small groups are all welcome within a single session.

Which session time should I choose — morning, afternoon, or evening?

Each time of day offers a different quality of light and atmosphere. Morning and evening sessions often benefit from softer, golden-hour light, while afternoon suits busier street scenes. Your photographer can advise once you're in contact.
