Frequently asked questions
Is pick-up included from my hotel in Da Nang?
Yes. Shared round-trip transfers from Da Nang hotels are included. After booking, confirm your exact pick-up time and hotel address with the operator, as collection runs between 7:30 and 8:30 AM.
Are there extra charges on public holidays?
Yes. A surcharge of VND 100,000 per person applies on certain Vietnamese public holidays, including New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Tết, and national holidays in April, May, and September. This is paid directly on the day, not at booking.
What is the policy for children?
Children under 5 years old join free of charge, but no seat on the vehicle or lunch will be provided for them.
Is this tour suitable if I have limited mobility?
My Son Sanctuary involves walking on uneven, sometimes slippery ground between ancient ruins. Hoi An's Old Town is largely flat but has cobbled streets. The tour is best suited to travellers who are comfortable walking for several hours.
Will the itinerary definitely follow the schedule shown?
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather or traffic conditions. The operator will adjust timings as needed to ensure you visit both sites.
I'm a Vietnamese citizen — is there a different ticket for me?
Yes. There is a separate ticket option for Vietnamese citizens, which reflects local admission pricing. Select the correct option at checkout.
