What is the difference between the Standard and Premier tours?

The Premier Tour has an earlier pickup window (7:30–8:00 AM vs 7:30–8:30 AM) and a later return (6:00–6:30 PM vs 4:30–5:00 PM), giving you more time on the mountain. Both options are available with or without buffet lunch.

Is the buffet lunch included in all tickets?

No — lunch is only included if you select the 'with Lunch' ticket option. If you book without lunch, you can purchase food independently at the resort.

How much do children pay?

Children under 100 cm tall are admitted free but no seat is reserved. Children between 100–140 cm require a child ticket; those above 140 cm need an adult ticket.

Are there extra charges on public holidays?

Yes — a surcharge of VND 100,000 per person applies on certain Vietnamese public holidays (including 31 Dec 2025, 1 Jan, 14–22 Feb, 26 Apr, 30 Apr–3 May, 1–2 Sep, and 31 Dec 2026). This is paid directly on site and is not included in your booking price.
