When does my ticket start?

Your 24-, 48-, or 72-hour window begins the moment you first board the bus, not from the time of booking.

Can I board at any stop, or only the main one?

You can join the tour at any designated stop along any of the routes — there's no obligation to start at Ved Stranden.

Are the green and purple routes available all year?

The Home of Carlsberg (green) and Colourful Copenhagen (purple) routes run daily from 11 April to 5 October, then on weekends only for the rest of the year. The Classic Copenhagen red route operates throughout the year.

Is my child's ticket included in mine?

Children under 6 travel free but are not entitled to their own seat. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How often do the buses run?
