The pass activates on the first day you use it, not when you purchase it. Once activated, it covers consecutive calendar days for the number of days you selected.

Do I need to visit attractions in a set order?

No. You choose which attractions to visit and in what order. Use the Go City app to browse the full list, check availability, and make any required reservations.

Do some attractions require advance reservations?

Yes — certain venues, including Shedd Aquarium, require you to book a timed entry slot in advance through the Go City app. Check the app or the Go City guidebook before your visit day.

Can I visit the same attraction more than once?

Each included attraction can be visited once per pass. The pass does not cover repeat visits to the same venue.
