Which programme should I choose — Eco, Extreme or Ultimate?
The Eco programme is the most accessible option, open to guests aged 4–80 and suitable for families or those who prefer a gentler pace. The Extreme and Ultimate programmes are designed for guests aged 15–60 who want a more intense, longer zipline experience. If you're unsure, the Eco programme is a solid starting point.
Is there a weight or height limit?
Yes. Participants must be at least 130 cm tall and weigh no more than 120 kg to take part in any programme.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
In cases of extreme weather, the activity may be cancelled for safety reasons. If this happens, please contact the customer service number on your e-voucher for assistance.
Do I need to print my ticket?
A mobile e-voucher is accepted. Keep it accessible on your phone, or print it if you prefer — either works at check-in.
Is the pickup really from my hotel, and is it free?
Shared pickup from your hotel is included in the price. If you need a private transfer instead, this can be arranged at an additional cost. Make sure to provide a local contact number (your hotel's front desk works) when booking.
Is this experience suitable for children?
The Eco programme welcomes children from age 4 upward, provided they meet the 130 cm minimum height requirement. Children under 15 are not eligible for the Extreme or Ultimate programmes.
