Can Thai citizens use this ticket?

No. This ticket is valid for foreign visitors only and cannot be used by Thai citizens.

Do I need a diving certificate for the snorkelling or scuba experience?

Yes. A valid diving certificate is required to participate in either the snorkelling or scuba diving activity. You will need to present it on the day.

What are the opening hours?

The aquarium is open 10:40–17:30 on weekdays and 09:30–16:00 on weekends and public holidays.

Is there a free entry for young children?

Children under 90 cm in height enter free of charge. Children between 90 cm and 135 cm are charged the child rate. Children over 135 cm pay the adult rate. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your mobile ticket can be scanned directly from your phone at the entrance.

When do the animal shows take place?

Seal shows run at 10:30 and 15:00 on weekdays, with an extra 13:30 session on weekends. Bird shows are at 11:00 and 15:00 on weekdays, and 11:00, 14:00, and 15:30 on weekends. Fish feeding happens daily at 11:00 and 14:00 (freshwater) and 11:30 and 14:30 (marine).
