Do my pass days have to be used on consecutive days?
No. Your days can be used on any days within a 14-day window from the date you first activate the pass — so you can take a rest day or mix in other plans without losing a day.
Which premium attractions are included on the longer passes?
With a 3-, 4-, or 5-day pass you can visit one premium attraction. Options include Xcaret Park, Xel-Ha Park, Xenses Park (each combined with Cancun Scenic Tower), or the Chichen Itza, Cenote and Valladolid Day Trip, or the Extreme Adventure Park All Day Combo Tour.
Do I need to print the pass or can I use my phone?
Everything is digital. Download the Go City app, log in with your booking details, and show your pass on screen at each attraction.
Do I need to make reservations for each attraction in advance?
Yes — the Go City app allows (and for some experiences requires) you to secure online reservations ahead of time. It's worth booking popular spots as early as possible, especially during busy periods.
How accurate are the savings figures?
The up-to-50% saving is based on sample itineraries published on the Go City website. Your actual saving will depend on which attractions you choose and current individual ticket prices.
Can I use the pass for a group or family?
Each pass covers one person. For a group or family, you'll need to purchase a separate pass for each traveller.
