Do I need any skydiving experience to take part?

None at all. This is a tandem jump — you are harnessed to a certified instructor who controls the entire jump. No prior training or experience is required.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

The operator may cancel or reschedule at short notice due to weather or safety conditions. If this happens, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund in line with the cancellation policy.

Is there a weight or health restriction?

Participants weighing 94 kg or more, or those with mobility issues, recent injuries, surgeries, epilepsy or heart conditions, are subject to an assessment at the drop zone. A weight surcharge may apply on arrival. Pregnant women cannot participate.

Can under-18s take part?

Participants under 16 years old are not permitted. Those aged 16 or 17 may participate but must have a parent or legal guardian present on the day.

Are photos and videos included?

Media packages are not included in the base ticket price but are typically available to purchase directly at the drop zone on the day.

Is my mobile ticket accepted, or do I need to print anything?

A mobile booking confirmation is accepted at check-in — there is no need to print anything in advance.
