Frequently asked questions
Do I need any skydiving experience to take part?
No experience whatsoever is required. You jump in tandem with a certified instructor who controls the entire dive — your only job is to enjoy it.
Is there a weight or age limit?
Participants must be 16 or older. Those aged 16–17 require a parent or legal guardian to be present at the drop zone. Anyone weighing 94 kg or more is subject to assessment on arrival and a weight surcharge may apply.
What happens if the weather is bad on my jump day?
Skydiving is weather-dependent and the operator may cancel or reschedule at short notice for safety reasons. If your jump is cancelled due to weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund in line with the cancellation policy.
Can I book a transfer from Brisbane or the Gold Coast?
Yes. There are specific ticket options that include a return transfer from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, or locally. Select the relevant option at checkout and your pick-up details will be confirmed in your booking.
Are there any medical conditions that would stop me from jumping?
Pregnant women cannot participate. People with disabilities, recent injuries or surgeries, epilepsy, heart conditions, or mobility issues are subject to assessment at the drop zone and may need to provide a medical certificate.
Will I be able to buy photos or video of my jump?
Photo and video packages are typically available to purchase on the day at the drop zone. These are not included in the base ticket price.
