From your hotel, you will be taken to the Tiananmen Square, known as the world’s largest city square. Pass through the Tiananmen gate to enter the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Forbidden City palace complex. After lunch, continue onto the Temple of Heaven, another UNESCO World Heritage Site that is China's largest imperial complex of ancient sacrificial buildings. You will also visit the Silk Gallery before returning to your hotel.

Where exactly does the tour start? Do I need to make my own way to Tiananmen Square?
No. The tour starts with a hotel pickup between 07:00 and 08:00. Your guide comes to your hotel lobby, so there is no independent travel required at the start or end of the day.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?
