Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted at the entrance — simply show your booking confirmation to your guide.
What is the dress code?
As a working Catholic church, the Sagrada Família requires visitors to dress modestly. Tank tops, strapless or backless tops, exposed midriffs, short shorts, flip flops, sandals, and bare feet are all prohibited. Wear clothing that covers your shoulders and knees, and closed-toe shoes.
What is the difference between the standard tour and the Tower Access option?
The standard tour covers the full interior of the basilica including Gaudí's crypt. The Tower Access option also takes you up one of the towers for elevated views over Barcelona. Note that tower access is not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, or people with mobility difficulties, and the towers may close due to maintenance or bad weather.
Is this tour suitable for wheelchair users?
The standard guided tour of the basilica interior may be accessible, but the Tower Access option is not suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, or people with walking disabilities. Contact us before booking if you have specific accessibility requirements.
