Where do I board the bus?

You can board at any of the 16 designated stops along the Red Route. The main reference point is Siam Paragon on Rama I Road, but there's no obligation to start there.

When does my pass start — from midnight or from when I first board?

Your pass is valid from the moment you first hop on the bus, not from midnight on the date you choose. A 24-hour pass, for example, gives you 24 hours from that first boarding.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your mobile ticket is accepted directly from your phone screen — just have it ready when you board.

Is the tour suitable for young children?

Children under 6 travel free of charge, though they are not entitled to a dedicated seat. Older children require a standard ticket.

How often do buses run, and what are the operating hours?

Departure times and frequency can vary by day.

Can I get off and reboard as many times as I like?

Yes — your ticket gives you unlimited hop-on hop-off rides across all 16 stops for the full duration of your chosen pass (24, 48 or 72 hours).
