You can collect from Suvarnabhumi International Airport (open 24 hours) or Don Mueang International Airport (05:00–midnight daily). Select your preferred airport when booking.

What's the difference between the THB 349 and THB 599 plans?

The THB 349 plan is data-only — ideal if you rely on messaging apps and don't need to make calls. The THB 599 plan adds local and international call capability on top of the data allowance.

Do I need to print my ticket?

A digital confirmation on your phone is accepted at the DTAC counter, so there's no need to print anything.

What ID do I need to collect the SIM?

This service operates under a real-name registration system. Bring the passport that matches the traveller details you entered at booking. Only travellers aged 18 and over may collect the SIM.

Will this SIM work on my phone?

The SIM works in any unlocked GSM handset. If your phone is locked to a carrier in your home country, check with your provider before travel.

What if my flight arrives after midnight at Don Mueang?

The Don Mueang DTAC counter closes at midnight. If you arrive after that time, consider booking the Suvarnabhumi option instead, or plan to collect during opening hours the following morning.
